Dill has a distinctive taste which is likened to fennel and celery. Closely related to parsley, its fresh aroma complements fish and seafood dishes particularly well. 
Often used for making pickles, we thought 1/2 an oz would be good for just that! Will arrive in a clamshell for storage in the fridge.
