We start with our Grass Fed Butter, and then mix in shaved black truffles, porcini cream, truffle pate, truffle salt, truffle oil, and truffle zest. Each bite will give you a funky, earthy, and unctuous umami mouthfeel. This one pairs perfectly with steaks, burgers, pasta, risotto, vegetables, a fresh baguette, or even on its own with a spoon!
